When I visited the Adelaide Lounge, it was quiet on a Friday afternoon. The staff circulated and cleared tables as needed. The food selection was good. It includes a range of cold cuts and cheeses, a soup station with roasted tomato, basil and ricotta, a noodle and rice bar, a salad bar with a variety of dressings and a few hot dishes, such as chicken curry and some noodles with vegetables.
There are also a variety of drinks, including local wines and coffee. It was a pleasant place to wait for my flight, and the staff were helpful. It is worth noting that the Adelaide Lounge eschews the old self-serve model and offers food on request.
